Strategic
Media Sales works to provide the leadership of those media corporations with
enhanced sales & management systems, programming performance and radio station profitability through increased
information flow and strengthened operational infrastructure.
As specialist
radio sales and programming consultants, our objective
is to assess and promote effective and efficient functionality in sales,
management and programming operations with high level focus on profit retention within our
Client’s business and therefore be able to accurately prescribe viable and fully
customized solutions to enhance these operations. Strategic Media Sales will
conduct an objective and comprehensive diagnostic analysis of your
station’s/cluster’s operations. This is typically a 5 day process performed
with either no or little disruption to your normal daily activities.
During this
analysis, Strategic Media Sales will survey your employees to establish in-house
sentiment, perception of operations, corporate communications,
organizational, sales and management structure.
Additionally
(if required and under a confidentiality agreement), Strategic Media Sales will
conduct an in-depth assessment of your corporate financials, operations,
administration, information management systems, implementation of sales and
marketing strategies, programming strategies and future planning.
To each of
these areas, Strategic Media Sales will identify both your corporate strengths
and weaknesses and will provide a cost analysis of the existing operational
conditions within your business.
