radio sales training strategies
ranging from making the first contact and setting the appointment, to
overcoming objections through delivering powerful & compelling solutions and
subsequently closing
the sale.
Our sales trainers, in the
first instance, will deliver compelling strategies and provide potent
sales tools in a close and personal workshop environment to enable your
Account Executives to take their revenue and your bottom-line to the next
level.
At the conclusion of the
workshop, we set projects in place for each of your Account Executives to
actually put the strategies and techniques to work in generating
additional business or growing existing clients from their account
lists. An integral part of this final phase is accountability. Project
sales targets are set and your management gauges results.
Throughout the project,
Strategic Media Sales monitors and interacts with your management and
delivers “mentoring” to each of your Account Executives as required.
The final phase is an
on-site evaluation team workshop which highlights the successes and is
